  • 2 large chicken breasts

  • 1 tbs olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 lb of any pasta

  • Cream Sauce Mixture
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream

  • 2 tsp minced garlic

  • 1 1/2 tsp corn starch

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/3 cup sun dried tomatoes

  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • Cut each chicken breast in half horizontally, now you will have 4 thin pieces of chicken. This will help the chicken cook quicker and become super tender and flavorful.
  • To a small bowl add the seasonings and stir together.
  • Place the chicken to the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish, brush the olive oil all over the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with the seasoning mixture on each side.
  • To a medium sized bowl add the heavy cream and corn starch whisk to combine now add the rest of the ingredients in the “Cream Sauce Mixture” in and stir. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
  • Bake for 17-25 minutes or until your chicken is cooked.
  • While the chicken is in the oven cook your noodles according to the box instructions to serve along with the chicken. Once out of the oven serve the chicken and sauce over a bed of the noodles. Enjoy!

Julia I just want to say you have seriously changed my families life! For the longest time we ordered out almost nightly but since I’ve discovered you about a year ago I enjoy cooking so much! I love trying all your recipes and they always turn out so delicious. I never knew how quick and easy some recipes that look totally complicated can be. I’d read more than 5 ingredients and be like , no. But watching you and then finding your website has been a game changer! You are an amazing woman and congratulations on your new addition to your family! Keep them yummy 😋 recipes coming!

  3. Thank you for sharing your sheet pan recipes. Quick and easy for clean up. My family loves them.
Saw on your YouTube a video for sheet pan Greek chicken but I cannot locate here on your recipe page. Is it somewhere else? I would like the measurements for the seasonings. Thank you
