In a small bowl, mix together apricot and bbq sauce.
Season pork chops:
Salt and pepper both sides of your pork chop and place in the crockpot in a layer, spread a little bit of the apricot bbq, and repeat this with the last layer being the rest of the apricot BBQ mix.
Cook pork chops:
Cook on LOW temperature for 6 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
