Ingredients

ground beef

taco seasoning

diced yellow onion

beef broth

small can green chiles

can red enchilada sauce

can diced tomatoes

frozen corn

drained and rinsed
Instructions
In a large pot, cook ground beef, onion, and taco seasoning until browned.
Add beef broth, green chiles, tomatoes, corn, enchilada sauce, and black beans.
Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve with lime wedges and optional toppings.
Notes
Break beef into small pieces while cooking.
Let simmer uncovered if a thicker texture is desired.
Freeze once fully cooled for best results.
