can black beans
drained and rinsed

container dehydrated hash browns

oz
can diced tomatoes
okra, and corn, partially drained

taco seasoning

dried oregano
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Fill the dehydrated potatoes with hot water up to the fill line and let set according to the package instructions.
To a large bowl, add in all of the ingredients and stir well.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray add the casserole in and spread it out. Bake for 30 minutes.
