Black Bean Hash Brown Casserole
Ingredients
- 29 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 4.2 oz container dehydrated hash browns
- 14 oz can diced tomatoes, okra, and corn, partially drained
- 1 ½ tbsp taco seasoning
- 2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Fill the dehydrated potatoes with hot water up to the fill line and let set according to the package instructions.
- To a large bowl, add in all of the ingredients and stir well.
- Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with nonstick spray add the casserole in and spread it out. Bake for 30 minutes.
