- 1 package crescent roll dough
- ½ lb cooked crumbled sausage
- 1 cup frozen hash browns defrosted
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- Pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Over medium heat, begin cooking sausage to a large frying pan, crumbling the meat as you go - about 15 minutes.
Roll out crescent dough and form in pizza pan. Pinch edges to form a crust. **See step 4 - Important information to contain the liquids**
Add the cooked crumbled sausage, defrosted hash browns, and cheese to the pizza pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pizza pan.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375℉ for about 30 minutes.
