Breakfast Pizza with Crescent Roll Dough

Flaky crescent roll crust, eggs, cheese, and all your favorite breakfast toppings—this Breakfast Pizza is a morning win that’s as easy as it is delicious.

Ingredients 

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • ½ lb cooked crumbled sausage
  • 1 cup frozen hash browns, defrosted
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • Pepper
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions 

  • Over medium heat, begin cooking sausage to a large frying pan, crumbling the meat as you go – about 15 minutes.
  • Roll out crescent dough and form in pizza pan. Pinch edges to form a crust. **See step 4 – Important information to contain the liquids**
  • Add the cooked crumbled sausage, defrosted hash browns, and cheese to the pizza pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the pizza pan.
  • Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375℉ for about 30 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
