Ingredients

medium flour tortillas

Colby jack cheese

cooked scrambled eggs

green onions
sliced

tablespoons
cooked crumbled bacon

tablespoon
butter
Instructions
Layer half the cheese, eggs, onions, and bacon on one tortilla.
Top with remaining cheese and second tortilla.
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Cook until cheese melts and tortilla is golden.
Slice and serve.
Notes
Cook over medium heat for even browning.
Best served fresh.
Customize with additional fillings if desired.
