Breakfast Quesadilla

Crispy on the outside, stuffed with eggs, cheese, and your favorite breakfast fillings—this Breakfast Quesadilla is quick, satisfying, and totally customizable.

Ingredients 

  • 2 medium flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup Colby jack cheese
  • 2 cooked scrambled eggs
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 3 tbs cooked crumbled bacon
  • ½ tbs butter

Instructions 

  • On one of the tortillas, add half of the cheese, eggs, onions, and cooked bacon top with the rest of the cheese and place the second tortilla on top. Fry in a pan with the butter until the cheese is melted
  • Enjoy!

    I watch all your videos, your instructions and menus are so great. Just an FYI I use to leave the lid partially on the can after opening and someone cut their hand on it really bad. Learned you should always cut the lid completely off. I drop the lid down in the empty can now for safety. Keep up the great videos.
