Add 3 tbs olive oil to a skillet once it's hot add the broccoli in and let it cook until soft, about 5 minutes. (Add 2 tbs of water in while cooking if you want you broccoli softer)
Once cooked remove the broccoli to a separate plate
Add 2 tbs olive oil to a skillet the chicken sprinkle with salt and pepper cook the chicken to 165 degrees
In a small bowl add the sauce in and whisk to combine
Mix together the cornstarch slurry
Once chicken is cooked add the ginger and garlic in stir until fragrant then back in the broccoli, the sauce, and the cornstarch slurry stir until thick. Serve over rice enjoy
