Using a fork poke holes in the sweet potatoes then place them on a microwave safe plate, pour the water over the top and place a sheet of wax paper over everything microwave for 5 minutes at a time until the potatoes are soft.
Add the cooked shredded chicken to a medium sized bowl with the buffalo sauce, ranch, and seasonings stir to combine.
Cut the cooked sweet potatoes open and add the buffalo chicken in the center. Drizzle with more ranch dressing and sprinkle with green onions.
