Cake Mix Christmas Cookies
Holiday cookie magic made easy—these Cake Mix Cookies are festive, fluffy, and perfect for last-minute baking.

Ingredients
- 15 oz box yellow cake mix
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- To a large bowl combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Place the dough into the fridge to chill for at least one hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Roll the cookie dough into balls then place onto baking sheet. Sprinkle each cookie ball with sprinkles then bake for 8-10 minutes. Once out of the oven enjoy!
