Cake Mix Christmas Cookies

Ingredients 

  • 15 oz box yellow cake mix
  • ⅓ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Christmas sprinkles

Instructions 

  • To a large bowl combine cake mix, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Place the dough into the fridge to chill for at least one hour.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Roll the cookie dough into balls then place onto baking sheet. Sprinkle each cookie ball with sprinkles then bake for 8-10 minutes. Once out of the oven enjoy!
