Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
To a pan on the stove over medium heat add in the sausage and onion break the sausage up and cook it through once cooked remove any excess grease from the pan.
To a medium sized bowl add in the eggs and seasonings whisk well.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with a nonstick spray add in the cooked sausage and eggs stir well. Bake for 10 minutes.
To a medium sized bowl add in the packet of cheddar Bay biscuit mix, water, and cheese stir well. To a small bowl, add in the melted butter that the back of the box calls for and the seasoning packet stir well.
Once out of the oven, scoop the biscuit mix over the top of the casserole bake for 12-15 minutes or until the egg has set and the biscuits are golden brown.
Once out of the oven brush the butter over the top
