Chicken Mushroom Pasta Casserole
This chicken mushroom pasta casserole is creamy, savory, and packed with tender chicken, pasta, and earthy mushrooms.

Ingredients
- 1 lb raw chicken breast cubed
- 1 ¾ cup uncooked penne pasta
- 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup milk
- ¾ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup water
- 8 oz white mushrooms sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- To a large bowl add in the cream of soup, milk, seasonings, water, and broth whisk well now add in the chicken, pasta, and mushrooms.
- Spray a large casserole dish or 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray. Place the casserole into the baking dish and spread out cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in the sour cream and sprinkle the cheese over the top bake for an additional 10 minutes.
