Ingredients

  • 1 lb 1 raw chicken breast, cubed

  • 1 3/4 cup 1 3/4 uncooked penne pasta

  • 10 oz 10 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 milk

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 chicken broth

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 water

  • 8 oz 8 white mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 tsp 1 dried oregano

  • 1 tsp 1 salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 pepper

  • 1 tsp 1 onion powder

  • 1/3 cup 1/3 sour cream

  • 1 cup 1 mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • To a large bowl add in the cream of soup, milk, seasonings, water, and broth whisk well now add in the chicken, pasta, and mushrooms.
  • Spray a large casserole dish or 9×13 baking dish with non stick spray. Place the casserole into the baking dish and spread out cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
  • Uncover and stir in the sour cream and sprinkle the cheese over the top bake for an additional 10 minutes.
