1 ½lbschicken breast, slice the chicken in half horizontally to make it thinner

1tbspbutter
1tspsalt
1tsppepper
1tspdried oregano
1tsponion powder
1tspgarlic powder
1tbspminced garlic
1tbspall purpose flour
½cupchicken broth
1 ½cupheavy cream
½cupparmesan cheese
Instructions
Season the chicken on both sides with the seasonings.
To a large skillet over medium high heat add the oil and butter, once the butter has melted add in the chicken and cook on each side for 5 minutes or until the chicken has completely cooked through. Remove the chicken to a plate and set to the side.
In the same pan that the chicken was cooked in add the minced garlic and flour stir around until the flour is a golden color.
Stir in the chicken broth and let it simmer (stirring often for 1-2 minutes) until the chicken broth has thickened. Stir in the heavy cream and let simmer (stirring often) for about 3 minutes or until the heavy cream slightly has thickened.
Stir in the cheese and let it melt. Add back in the cooked chicken and coat with the sauce. Serve over egg noodles, rice, vegetables, or anything. Enjoy!
