Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper or spray with non-stick spray.
Place the graham crackers side by side in the bottom of the baking dish.
To a saucepan over medium heat, add the butter and heat until melted. Add the brown sugar and pecans and bring the mixture up to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and pour over the graham crackers. Spread the mixture evenly over the graham crackers. Bake for 8 minutes.
Once out of the oven immediately unwrap the Hershey's bars and place them in a single layer over the toffee layer. You may need to break a few of the bars into sections.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and let sit for 7 minutes to melt the chocolate.
Once the chocolate is melted, remove the aluminum foil, and using a spatula spread the chocolate out evenly over the top. Let cool completely, break into smaller pieces, and enjoy!
