In a large bowl add the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, broccoli, and seasonings stir ingredients to combine.
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour the casserole mixture to the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle the top with 1 cup of the cheese.
To a medium sized bowl add the panko breadcrumbs and butter. Stir to coat the breadcrumbs in the butter.
Sprinkle panko breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice or egg noodles. Enjoy!
