Prep the Ice Cream: Allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften slightly, making it easier to scoop.
Prepare the Pie Crust: Remove the plastic lid from the graham cracker pie crust, but be sure to keep it for later when freezing.
Layer the Ice Cream: Using alternating scoops, place the peanut butter cups and sea salt caramel ice cream next to each other in the pie crust. Spread the ice cream out evenly to create a smooth, flat layer.
Freeze: Place the plastic lid back on the pie and freeze for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Serve: Once frozen, slice and top with your favorite toppings, such as whipped cream, fudge, caramel sauce, or candy pieces.
