Ingredients

mayonnaise

cooked crumbled bacon

Colby jack cheese
shredded

large chicken breasts
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
To a medium sized bowl add the mayonnaise, bacon, 1 cup of Colby jack cheese, cream cheese, and green onions. Stir to combine the mixture.
Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally so now you will have four pieces of chicken. (This will help the chicken cook quicker and be tender).
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
Place the chicken in the baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
