Ingredients

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 ½ cup Colby jack cheese, shredded
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup sliced green onions
  • 2 large chicken breasts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • To a medium sized bowl add the mayonnaise, bacon, 1 cup of Colby jack cheese, cream cheese, and green onions. Stir to combine the mixture.
  • Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally so now you will have four pieces of chicken. (This will help the chicken cook quicker and be tender).
  • Grease a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Place the chicken in the baking dish. Spread the creamy mixture over the top of the chicken. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
