Doritos Crusted Chicken Tenders
These Doritos Crusted Chicken Tenders are a fun take on a classic meal that everyone will love. Breaded in Nacho Cheese Doritos, they're crunchy, a little spicy, and completely delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenderloins
- ½ large bag Doritos nacho cheese chips
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- In a food processor add the Doritos chips and crush them into a Panko breadcrumb texture. Place the crushed Doritos into a bowl.
- In a bowl add the eggs and whisk together, in a second bowl add the flour and the seasonings and whisk together.
- To coat the chicken first dip it into the flour mixture then dip it into the egg mixture and drip off any excess egg. Lastly, coat in the crushed Doritos. Repeat until all of the chicken is coated.
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the coated chicken on the parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes then remove the chicken from the oven and flip. Continue to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
