- chicken tenderloins: the perfect cut for breading, cooking, and eating

- eggs and all-purpose flour: for breading
- garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper: for seasoning!
How to Make Dorito Chicken Tenders
These Dorito Chicken Tenders are such a fun meal. Your kids will love helping you make these. Let them help you crush the Doritos and dredge the chicken in eggs and flour. It might be a little messier, but it will be so much fun for your littles to help you!

In a food processor, or with a rolling pin, crush the Doritos until they resemble Panko breadcrumbs. Place the crushed Doritos into a bowl.
Add the eggs to another bowl and whisk together. In a third bowl add the flour and the seasonings and whisk together.

To coat the chicken, dip it into the flour mixture, followed by the egg mixture, and let any excess egg drip off. Coat in the crushed Doritos. Repeat with all of the chicken tenders.

Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and arrange the coated chicken around the pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip each tender. This will help both sides of the chicken get crispy and cook evenly. Continue to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the chicken is completely cooked.

Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch, and serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables.

These look so good! I have yet to master breading anything but these look doable! I love 3 types of Doritos. The Spicy Sweet Chili ones, the very hard-to-find Salsa Verde ones, and the original taco flavored that you can’t get any more. I can’t do dairy so they just had to add it to the taco ones that didn’t used to have it! I’ll use the Spicy Sweet Chili ones when I make this! Hopefully very soon! I have a bucket stack of maybe 50 recipe printouts or so but we’ll see! Thanks for your videos and congrats on the birth of your daughter!
