10ozcream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup (or any “cream of” soup will work)
1packetLipton onion soup mix
1cupuncooked jasmine (or white) rice
3largechicken breasts
½tspsalt
1tsppepper
1tsppaprika
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray.
To the baking dish add in the water, cream of soup, and Lipton onion soup mix whisk well to combine the ingredients. Now stir in the rice. Place the chicken breasts over the top and season them with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Cover the top tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until the rice is tend and the chicken is cooked through. Enjoy!
