Olive oil

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Coat sheet pan generously with olive oil and heat in oven 15 minutes.
Remove pan and crack eggs onto surface.
Bake 5–10 minutes until whites are set.
Season and serve.
Notes
Heat the pan first for best results.
Watch closely near end of cooking time.
Store leftovers in refrigerator up to 4 days.
