Cut each biscuit into 8 smaller pieces add them to a greased 9x13 baking dish and drizzle with the enchilada sauce. Set aside
To a skillet add the ground beef and cook it through. Drain any excess grease. Add the taco seasoning, green chilis, and water in stir to combine for about 2 minutes
Pour the ground beef mixture over the biscuits. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Bake for 35-45 minuets or until the biscuits are cooked.
