Ingredients

ground beef

white onion diced

taco seasoning mix

water

cans mixed chili beans

can rotel

tomato sauce
Toppings: Shredded cheese of your choice
tomato, avocado, lettuce, jalapeños or anything else you enjoy.
Instructions
In a pan, cook up the beef and onion. Remove the excess grease.
Add taco seasoning and water pan and mix it well.
In the crockpot, pour in the beans, rotel, tomato sauce and add the cooked beef and onions in.
Mix well and cook on low for 5 hours or high for 2 hours.
Frito Pie Assembly
Scoop of Fritos, add chili and top with cheese, tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, avocado, or jalapeños!
