Add the chicken into a medium sized bowl, then add in the flour, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and 1 tablespoon of the minced garlic stir well to coat the chicken in the flour and seasonings.
To a large pan on the stove over medium high heat add in 1 tablespoon of the butter. Once the butter has melted, add in the chicken and turn the heat to medium let the chicken cook without stirring it often (so it forms a crust) for about 3 minutes on each side or until the chicken has completely cooked through.
Once the chickens cooked, add one more tablespoon of minced garlic and the remaining half a tablespoon of butter stir to let the butter melt down, and then serve.
