Ingredients

lean ground beef

sour cream
at room temperature

Worcestershire sauce

frozen peas

cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375℉. Cook noodles to al dente.
In a large pot, cook ground beef (or turkey) and onion until browned. Drain grease.
Add garlic and cook 2 minutes. Stir in butter, then flour, and cook 2 minutes.
Slowly whisk in broth, bring to boil, then reduce to simmer.
Stir in sour cream, Worcestershire, peas, and half the cheese. Mix well.
Add noodles, stir, and transfer to greased 9x13 dish. Top with remaining cheese.
Cover and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5–8 minutes more.

Swap beef for turkey to lighten the casserole.
Assemble ahead, refrigerate up to 24 hours, then bake.
