Optional toppings: sliced cheddar cheeseshredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and any sauces
Instructions
To a medium sized bowl add in the ground beef and seasonings. Mix to incorporate the beef with the seasonings. Form into 8-10 small slider patties.
To a large pan on the stove over medium high heat add in the oil and butter once the butter has melted add a small amount of the thin onions down then place the slider burgers on the top (don’t over crowd the pan. I did this in two batches) with the back of a spatula press the burgers down so they become thinner. Cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve in Hawaiian rolls and top with your favorite toppings.
