Hawaiian Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

pineapple chunks

red bell pepper
cut into larger chunks

green bell pepper
cut into larger chunks

brown sugar

soy sauce

white vinegar

cornstarch
Instructions
To your slow cooker add the frozen meatballs with the bell peppers next drain the pineapple chunks SAVE the pineapple juice from the can.
In a separate bowl add the pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, and cornstarch whisk to combine.
Pour the sauce mixture all over the meatballs in the slow cooker, stir everything to combine. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
I like to serve over a bed of white rice!
