Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 24-32oz meatballs

  • 20oz pineapple chunks

  • 1 red bell pepper cut into larger chunks

  • 1 green bell pepper cut into larger chunks

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 3 tbs soy sauce

  • 2/3 cup white vinegar

  • 3 tbs cornstarch

Directions

  • To your slow cooker add the frozen meatballs with the bell peppers next drain the pineapple chunks SAVE the pineapple juice from the can.
  • In a separate bowl add the pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, and cornstarch whisk to combine.
  • Pour the sauce mixture all over the meatballs in the slow cooker, stir everything to combine. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
  • I like to serve over a bed of white rice!
