
Hawaiian Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Ingredients
- 24-32 oz meatballs
- 20 oz pineapple chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into larger chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into larger chunks
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 3 tbs soy sauce
- ⅔ cup white vinegar
- 3 tbs cornstarch
Instructions
- To your slow cooker add the frozen meatballs with the bell peppers next drain the pineapple chunks SAVE the pineapple juice from the can.
- In a separate bowl add the pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, white vinegar, and cornstarch whisk to combine.
- Pour the sauce mixture all over the meatballs in the slow cooker, stir everything to combine. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
- I like to serve over a bed of white rice!
