3cupscooked shredded chickenI used part of a rotisserie chicken
½tsponion powder
½tspgarlic powder
½tsppaprika
½tsporegano
1cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F
To a large pan on the stove, over medium heat, add the oil. Once hot, add the frozen spinach, onion, and mushrooms. Stir well and let cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the veggies are tender. Stir in all seasonings.
Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non-stick spray.
Add the vegetable mixture to the bottom of the baking dish.
Top it with the chicken ,then the mozzarella cheese.
