Add all the ingredients into your slow cooker, except for the noodles, and cook on low 6 - 8 hours or on high 4 - 5 hours.
Remove and shred the chicken. Add the chicken along with the egg noodles back into the slow cooker and let sit for 5 - 10 minutes until noodles are cooked.
Serve hot with a dash of lemon and parsley. Enjoy!
