Ingredients
1½
cups
all-purpose flour
1
cup
plain Greek yogurt
2
teaspoons
baking powder
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until the dough comes together and forms a soft ball.
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Roll each ball into a thin, flat naan shape using a rolling pin.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Cook each naan for 1–2 minutes per side, until golden and slightly puffed.
Remove from the pan and repeat with remaining dough.

Notes
I usually brush the cooked naan with butter while it’s still warm.
A very hot pan helps the naan puff properly.
This freezes well once fully cooled.
Reheat in a dry skillet for the best texture.
