fire roasted diced tomatoes

chicken broth

mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Brown ground turkey:
To a large skillet over medium heat add the oil.
Once hot, add in the diced onion and turkey. Break the turkey up with a spatula and cook it through.
Add seasonings to ground meat:
Once the turkey is cooked, add in the minced garlic and seasonings. Stir well.
Simmer with remaining ingredients:
Turn the heat to low and add in the diced tomatoes, green beans, zucchini, and chicken broth.
Stir well and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender.
Top skillet dinner:
Sprinkle the cheese on top, then cover with a lid until the cheese is melted. Enjoy!
