Gently stretch the biscuit dough into oval shapes.
Once the oil is hot, add the dough in batches and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side.
To make the glaze, add the butter, brown sugar, and milk to a saucepan over medium heat and whisk frequently for 3-5 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the vanilla. Slowly whisk the powdered sugar in 1/2 cup at a time. Add a little more milk if the glaze is too thick.
