Ingredients

medium sized flour tortillas

butter
Toppings:

mozzarella cheese

red onion
diced

Instructions
Inside each tortilla distribute all of the toppings. Warm a large skillet on the stove add the butter and once melted cook the quesadillas one at a time until the cheese is melty and the tortilla is crisp. Enjoy!
