golden potatoes
diced (russet or red work too, times vary)

Instructions
Add potatoes into microwave safe dish with 1/2 cup water, covered with parchment paper (or lid). Microwave for about 10 minutes until fork tender.
Add in butter and garlic salt and stir well.
Top with any toppings you like and enjoy!
