6 golden pototoes, diced (russet or red work too, times vary)
1/2 cup water
1/2 tbs butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Sprinkle of fresh parmesan
Dash of red pepper
Dash of pepper
Pinch of parsley
- Add potatoes into microwave safe dish with 1/2 cup water, covered with parchment paper (or lid). Microwave for about 10 minutes until fork tender.
- Add in butter and garlic salt and stir well.
- Top with any toppings you like and enjoy!
- If using russet potatoes microwave for about 3-5 minutes longer
