Microwave Garlic Butter Potatoes

Ingredients 

  • 6 golden potatoes, diced (russet or red work too, times vary)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ tbs butter
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • 1 sprinkle fresh parmesan
  • 1 dash red pepper
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 1 pinch parsley

Instructions 

  • Add potatoes into microwave safe dish with 1/2 cup water, covered with parchment paper (or lid). Microwave for about 10 minutes until fork tender.
  • Add in butter and garlic salt and stir well.
  • Top with any toppings you like and enjoy!
