Ingredients

cup
corn syrup
2
cups
raw peanuts
2
cups
raw sugar

tsp
salt

vanilla
1 ½

baking soda

butter
Instructions
To a large microwave safe bowl add the corn syrup, peanuts, sugar and salt. Stick in the microwave for 4 minutes.
Remove from microwave, stir. Cook another 4 minutes.
Another time: Remove from microwave, stir. Cook another 4 minutes.
Another time: Remove from microwave, stir. Cook another 2 minutes.
Now stir in butter and vanilla. Place back in microwave additional 1 minutes.
Now stir in baking soda. Stir well as it bubbles.
On a sheet pan lined with greased tin foil, pour peanut brittle mix on and set aside for 1 - 1 1/2 hours to harden.
Break into smaller pieces and enjoy!
