Microwave Potato Chips

Ingredients

golden or russet potato
cup into 1/8 inch slices
1
tbs
olive oil
Instructions
Pat potatoes dry with paper towel and place in a small bowl. Coat with the 1 tbs olive oil.
On a microwave safe plate, brush about 1 - tbs olive all over the plate.
Add the potatoes on to the plate in a single layer and sprinkle a dash of salt.
Microwave for 6 -12 minutes until lightly browned on top.
Great toped with fresh parmesan cheese, pepper and parsley.
