
Microwave Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 1 golden or russet potato, cup into 1/8 inch slices
- 1 tbs olive oil
Instructions
- Pat potatoes dry with paper towel and place in a small bowl. Coat with the 1 tbs olive oil.
- On a microwave safe plate, brush about 1 – tbs olive all over the plate.
- Add the potatoes on to the plate in a single layer and sprinkle a dash of salt.
- Microwave for 6 -12 minutes until lightly browned on top.
- Great toped with fresh parmesan cheese, pepper and parsley.
