Microwave Potato Chips

Crispy, salty, and made in minutes—these Microwave Potato Chips are a fun, healthier alternative to store-bought snacks.

Ingredients 

  • 1 golden or russet potato, cup into 1/8 inch slices
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Instructions 

  • Pat potatoes dry with paper towel and place in a small bowl. Coat with the 1 tbs olive oil.
  • On a microwave safe plate, brush about 1 – tbs olive all over the plate.
  • Add the potatoes on to the plate in a single layer and sprinkle a dash of salt.
  • Microwave for 6 -12 minutes until lightly browned on top.
  • Great toped with fresh parmesan cheese, pepper and parsley.
