Ingredients
Meatloaf Mixture

teaspoon
paprika

teaspoon
Italian seasoning
Vegetables

baby yellow potatoes
cut into bite-sized pieces

lb
trimmed fresh green beans

tablespoon
olive oil

dash pepper
1
teaspoon
garlic salt
Ketchup Sauce
⅓
cup
ketchup

tablespoon
brown sugar
½
teaspoon
garlic powder
½
teaspoon
onion powder

dash salt and pepper

teaspoon
white vinegar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Mix meatloaf ingredients together.
Toss vegetable ingredients together.
Spread vegetables on lined sheet pan, leaving center open.
Form four mini loaves and place in center.
Bake 25 minutes.
Whisk sauce ingredients.
Brush sauce on loaves.
Bake 15–20 more minutes until fully cooked.
Serve warm.
Notes
Mix gently to keep meat tender.
Cut potatoes evenly.
Store leftovers up to 4 days.
