One Pot Tomato Chicken Feta Pasta features juicy chicken, tangy feta, and tender pasta tossed in a rich tomato sauce — all made in a single pot for easy cleanup.
Season the chicken on both sides. To a large pot or dutch oven over medium heat, add in the oil and once cook the chicken for 5-6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is completely cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken to a separate plate and set to the side.
In the same pot we cooked the chicken in, add in the broth, diced tomatoes and noodles and stir well. Simmer for 15 minutes stirring frequently until the pasta is cooked *If the liquid line gets too low add in 1/2 cup of water in at a time until the pasta is tender* add in the feta cheese, basil, and the cooked chicken stir well then serve!
