In a large sauce pan add the oil once it's hot add the chicken and seasonings in. Cook the chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side on medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken to a separate plate and set aside.
Add butter, garlic, and crushed red pepper in cook together for about 30 seconds.
Add in the rice and saute for about 3 minutes. Add the broth in and bring it up to a simmer, cover for 5-7 minutes (stir frequently) then uncover and continue to simmer for 5 minutes or until the rice is tender. You might need to add more broth in if all of the water evaporates.
Once the rice is tender add the cooked chicken back in with the parmesan cheese stir to combine then serve.
