Add peanut butter and butter to a medium sized bowl combine well. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar continue to mix until well incorporated.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and scoop the dough into 1 inch balls refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl, place in the microwave for 30 seconds then stir continue to do this until the chocolate is completely melted.
Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate then place back on the sheet pan. Refrigerate for another hour. Enjoy (store in the fridge).
