Peanut Butter Balls

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 6 tbs softened butter

  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 7 oz dark chocolate chips

  • 2 tbs coconut oil


  • Add peanut butter and butter to a medium sized bowl combine well. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar continue to mix until well incorporated
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and scoop the dough into 1 inch balls refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl, place in the microwave for 30 seconds then stir continue to do this until the chocolate is completely melted
  • Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate then place back on the sheet pan. Refrigerate for another hour. Enjoy (store in the fridge)
