Peanut Butter Balls

Rich, creamy, and dipped in chocolate—these no-bake Peanut Butter Balls are bite-sized perfection for peanut butter lovers.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 tbs softened butter
  • 1 ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 7 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tbs coconut oil

Instructions 

  • Add peanut butter and butter to a medium sized bowl combine well. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar continue to mix until well incorporated.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and scoop the dough into 1 inch balls refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a bowl, place in the microwave for 30 seconds then stir continue to do this until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate then place back on the sheet pan. Refrigerate for another hour. Enjoy (store in the fridge).
