Ingredients

Hawaiian rolls
2 ½
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
(divided)

pizza sauce
(or marinara sauce)

large deli style pepperonis
(or you can use the regular smaller ones just use more)

butter
melted

tbsp
grated Parmesan cheese

tsp
Italian seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick spray (or line it with parchment paper).
Cut the entire Hawaiian loaf horizontally without separating each roll place the bottom part of the rolls on the baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella on the bottom buns.
Spread the pizza sauce over the mozzarella.
place all of the pepperonis over the top.
Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top of the pepperonis.
Place the top of the buns on top of the mozzarella.
To a small bowl combine the butter, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Brush this buttery mixture over the top of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil then bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
